We anonymize or de-identify customer data before inputting it into AI tools where feasible. AI-generated outputs are reviewed by a human before being used or delivered. We use enterprise or professional-tier AI services where available, which typically include stronger data protections.

We engage trusted third-party service providers to support our operations, including: Kajabi (course hosting, sales pages, and product delivery); Kit (email marketing and automation); Squarespace (website hosting); Stripe and/or PayPal (payment processing); Adobe (content creation); Snagit (screen recording and content creation); Canva (graphic design); Midjourney (AI image generation); Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI) for AI-assisted content creation.

All service providers are contractually required to maintain confidentiality and use your information only to provide services to us.

5.2 Affiliate Partners

When affiliate partners promote our products, they may have access to limited information necessary to track referrals and commissions. Affiliate partners are bound by their own privacy policies and are not permitted to use your information for purposes other than the affiliate relationship.

EEA/UK (GDPR): We will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of a qualifying breach. We will notify affected individuals without undue delay where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights and freedoms.

United States: We will comply with applicable state breach notification laws, including notifying affected individuals within the timeframes required by their state of residence.

Simply Safeguarded is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. If you are located outside Canada, your information will be transferred to and processed in Canada.

For EEA/UK Users: Canada is recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Your information is protected under Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA), which meet EU adequacy requirements.

For US Users: Your information is processed in Canada under PIPEDA, which provides strong privacy protections. Where our service providers process data in the United States, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Our services are directed toward adults, primarily adults aged 55 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
